Staff were very helpful, I was able to drop off my bags 3 hours before check-in. The hotel is in a great location and the king-sized bed was really comfy.

Well sound insulated rooms, meaning peaceful quiet nights for sleeping. Rooms are comfortable. Small but perfectly suited for the business traveller. Excellent value for money. Very nice staff and clean!

Excellent location. Cafe next door has a great breakfast and lunch menu. Restaurants close by. Short walk to Darling Harbour and Easy walk to light rail, Pitt St Mall and QVB. Close to Town Hall and Wynard Train stations. Coles and Priceline are across the road for snacks. Staff are friendly and polite. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Ive stayed here numerous times
